This site, as a system

Moved out of the archive because the portfolio itself carries the strongest technical story.

Active portfolio system

A living portfolio system built as more than a gallery: it combines a themed design language, custom cursor states, animated section choreography, project hierarchy, media previews, validation scripts, CI hardening, local build recovery, SEO metadata, and production-focused performance passes into one coherent personal platform.

The project archive is data-driven so featured work, major builds, highlighted work, and the complete repository list can evolve without rewriting page structure.

Interaction design is treated as infrastructure: custom cursor modes, hover-open capabilities, keyboard-operable previews, route-aware links, and responsive mockup states all work inside the same visual system.

Production readiness is part of the build, with project data validation, security headers, deterministic npm workflow, build/start output tracking, CI coverage, and a local Next compatibility wrapper.

Performance work is explicit: below-the-fold homepage sections are code-split, expensive cursor tracking was removed, media is lazy where possible, and the homepage first-load JavaScript has been reduced while preserving the site identity.
