This portfolio as a technical product
Project data, media previews, cursor states, routing, SEO, and build recovery all live in the same system. The portfolio functions as part of the actual product rather than packaging wrapped around it.
Project records are data-driven, so the archive changes without touching page structure.
Preview, cursor, routing, and keyboard states are handled as first-class parts of the interface, not afterthoughts.
Validation, security headers, CI, and local build recovery live close to the code, not bolted on later.
